Ambient Temperature Housings for 1-1/8 Inch (30 mm) diameter side on PMT's for User Supplied Photomultiplier Socket Assemblies

The Products for Research ambient temperature housing for side on photomultiplier tubes, model PR1121 is designed to provide a light tight enclosure compatible with prewired socket assemblies provided by PMT manufacturers and others. The PR1123 combines a built in 'O' ring sealed light shutter with the unique features of the PR1121 to provide a truly versatile enclosure for user supplied socket assemblies. NOTE: The Photomultiplier Tube type and Socket Assembly type must be specified with any order.

An optional .040" thick high permeability welded seam magnetic shield is also available. Use PR1121SH or PR1123SH when ordering these housings with this option. The low profile manual light shutter completes the package by insuring a totally light tight "O" ring sealed unit ready for immediate operation. model PR1124CE and shuttered model PR1125CE provide identical mounting systems with Products for Research wired socket assemblies included.
